  • Should I take the helicopter or the road?

    From Geneva in good weather the helicopter wins by 90 minutes. In poor visibility or low cloud at the Altiport, the road is the only option. We always book a chauffeur backup with a helicopter request.

  • Can the helicopter land at my chalet?

    Only at the Altiport (1850), the Méribel Altiport or designated DZs. Chauffeur meets you on the tarmac.

  • Do you arrange child seats and ski-racks?

    Yes — specify ages of children at booking. Ski-racks are standard on V-Class. S-Class and Maybach carry skis in the cabin via folding rear seats.

  • What about returning to the airport in heavy snow?

    Snow chains and 4-wheel drive are standard. We monitor the route from Moûtiers and depart 60–90 minutes earlier than scheduled during white-out conditions.
