  • Is there a fee for concierge service?

    Membership in The Society is free. We earn from partner relationships, not from members. Bespoke requests outside our usual scope are quoted transparently before booking.

  • When should I contact the concierge?

    For New Year, February half-term and Easter — book by July. For other dates 4–8 weeks ahead is comfortable. We handle last-minute requests when inventory allows.

  • Do you speak Russian?

    Yes. We have a dedicated Russian-speaking team for chalet families and a separate concierge channel in Russian.

  • Can the concierge handle a private-jet arrival?

    Yes — including slot coordination at the Altiport, customs, and chauffeur transfer to the chalet door.
