How do I claim the 10% discount or cashback?
Mention your Society member number when booking with any partner. The discount is applied on the partner's invoice. Cashback Credits land in your member account 7 days after the service is delivered.
Can I combine the 10% with other promotions?
No — choose one. The Society reward is the strongest discount partners offer; we negotiated exclusivity rather than stacking.
What's the difference between the discount and the Credits?
Discount = immediate, off this transaction only. Credits = 10% back, spendable across the entire partner network for 24 months. Loyal members usually choose Credits.
Are there partners not listed here?
We add and remove partners every season based on actual member experience. The list above is current as of this season. We will never list a partner we have not personally used.
How do partners qualify to join?
Three things: a named senior contact who answers within an hour, willingness to honour the 10% reward on every transaction, and a track record of zero member complaints across at least one full season.
