Le K2 Palace

A Himalayan-inspired chalet village on the Rue des Clarines: 34 rooms and chalets, two Michelin stars at Le Sarkara and the L.RAPHAEL Spa.

The Capelli family — Suzanne and Philippe — built Le K2 Palace in 2011 as their love letter to the Himalayas. The property reads as a small village: nine connected chalets clad in old timber, prayer-flag accents, and an interior layered with Buddhist art the family collected over twenty years of travel.

The house

Nine chalet wings link through heated walkways and a glass-roofed central piazza. Materials skew warm: aged Savoy wood, hand-loomed Nepali rugs, lacquered tea tables, and bronze statuary commissioned in Kathmandu.

Le K2 Palace pioneered the Courchevel connected family chalet concept — six of the suites can be combined into private 6-bedroom apartments, each with its own staff entrance.

Spa L.RAPHAEL

1,000 sqm dedicated to the Geneva-based L.RAPHAEL skincare protocol — Switzerland's answer to La Mer. Pool, hammam, snow cabin, three treatment cabins and a dedicated wellness coach on staff.

Dining village

Four dining concepts on site: Le Kintessence (gastronomic), Goji Kabuki (Japanese), Black Pyramid (mountain bistro) and a private sushi counter. The kitchen brigade is one of the largest in the resort.
