The three-Michelin-starred kitchen at Cheval Blanc unveils its 2024/25 menu, built around an extraction technique Alléno has spent a decade refining.
Yannick Alléno’s 2024/25 menu at Le 1947, the three-star room inside Cheval Blanc Courchevel, leans further into the chef’s signature cold-extraction sauces. Eleven courses, two seatings nightly, €580 per person without wine pairing.
Reservations opened 1 December and are already filled through the New Year window; January and February still have availability mid-week.
