Cheval Blanc retains three Michelin stars for 13th consecutive year
Yannick Alléno’s Le 1947 holds onto its three stars in the 2025 Michelin France guide — the longest unbroken three-star run of any restaurant in Courchevel.
The 2025 Michelin France guide, published in mid-November, confirmed Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc Courchevel for its 13th consecutive year at three stars. No other kitchen in the resort has held the maximum rating uninterrupted for as long.
Across the village, Courchevel 1850 remains the most Michelin-decorated address in the Alps — but Le 1947 is its only three-star kitchen.
